Miss Virginia Faye Walker, age 71 of Sparta, passed away Friday, January 28, 2011, at Life Care Center in Sparta.Miss Walker was born August 16, 1939 to James William Walker and Laura Elizabeth England Walker in White County,Tennessee.Survivors include sister and brother in law, Geraldine and Dr. Donald H. Bradley Sr. of Sparta. Also a host of nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Johnnie Mae Walker, Jimmie Ann Hayes and Evelyn Herd. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 30, 2011, at Thurman Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. Officiating will be Bro. Freddie Copeland. Interment will follow in the Saylors Cemetery. Family will receive friends Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Thurman Funeral Home from 1:00 pm till time of service.
