She was a force to be reckoned with cheating death on more than one occasion. She cheated her first death in 1991 when an undercurrent carried her out to sea as she was seeking comfort in the North Atlantic Ocean in St. Lucia. The coast guard was called in hopes to retrieve her body and were amazed that she managed to survive what was meant to be a death trap from the moment her toe touched the forbidden waters. She has been cheating death ever since surviving multiple accidents, illnesses and unbelievable adventures. She surpassed her nine lives many times over but her body simply could not carry on any longer.
Patricia will forever be remembered as a fighter and survivor. She adored her grandchildren and dedicated the past 22 years to showering them all with her love and affection.
