Mildred Stewart

Mildred Watson Stewart, age 88, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at her home in the Old Zion Community in Sparta, TN.
Mrs. Stewart was born to Frank Ingram Watson and Virginia Mae Green Watson, December 25, 1924 in Dillsboro, NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin Eugene (Gene) Stewart and brothers, Frank Jr., Hayes, Edwin, Robert, and Charles Watson.
Survivors include: daughters and son in laws, Vicki Becker and husband Fred of Richmond, TX and Virginia Teeple and husband Jim of Sparta, TN; sister, Lucille Dockery of Hyde Park, NY; grandchildren, Kristen McGaughey, Jamie Vigil, Gabe Teeple and Luke Teeple; great grandchildren, Lane McGaughey, Brayden Hogan, Coalton Hogan, James Teeple and Sam Teeple.
ARRANGEMENTS:
Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Friday, January 11, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Bro. Jim McGill. Interment will follow in the Old Zion Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Thursday January 10, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
