Mildred (Millie) Klein Scott, age 89, of the Blue Springs Community passed away Tuesday, October 15th at her home.
Mrs. Scott was born February 23, 1924, the daughter of William Klein and Rozy Zannie Wood Klein of Sparta.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clarence D. Scott, son, Tommy Scott, 2 daughers, Kay Henry and Kathy Scott, siblings, Merlie Klein, Fred Klein, Lillie Mae Klein, Vernie Qualls, and Ruth Lawson.
She is survived by her sons, Harold and Anna Scott, Ronnie and Nancy Scott and Donnie and Debbie Scott all of Sparta; daughters, Mary Ann and Lewis Knowles, Jean and Ron Martin, Sue and Doney Templeman all of Sparta; 19 grandchildren, and 57 great grandchildren. Special niece, Lillian Kirby of Sparta.
ARRANGEMETS: Visitation is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16th at Thurman Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 17th at Thurman Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m., with Bro. Freddie Copeland and Bro. Barry Boggs officiating. Burial will follow at the Highland Cemetery .
