Marvin Myers

Marvin Taylor Myers, age 74, passed away from Alzheimer’s in Cookeville, Tennessee on March 27, 2018.  He was born February 22, 1944 to Claude and Opal Myers in Rockwood, Tennessee and lived most of his life in Florida as a Car Detailer.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Dwight Myers.  He is survived by two sisters, Barbara Back and Vanessa Dodson and one sister in law Dollie Myers.  He is also survived by his children, Trina (Micheal) Cope of Spencer, Tennessee; Troy Myers of Reidsville, Georgia; Darrin Myers of Powell, Tennessee, and Darla (Daniel) Smith of Sylvania, Georgia.  He is survived by five grandchildren, Mandy Cope, Kelly Myers, Taylor Smith, Kenneth Cope, and Dallas Smith.  He is survived by five great grandchildren Kayden Dunlap, Maggie Dunlap, Kyra Baatz, Lawson Smith, and Kelton Cope.
