Margaret Morgan

Margaret “Maggie” Morgan, 85, of Francisco, Indiana, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 at RiverOaks Health Campus in Princeton. She was born July 8, 1936 in Fairmount, IN, the daughter of the late William E. and Clatus (Reese) Biven, and married to John J. Morgan, on May 30, 1953 in Anderson, IN. Maggie lived much of her life in Patoka, IN. In 2000, Maggie and John moved to their retirement home in Sparta, TN, returning to southern Indiana in 2015.

Lovingly survived by her husband of 68 years, John; and children, John (Donna) Morgan of Bryceville, FL, Marie (Mike) Lynch of Roscoe, IL, Ken (Marilou) Morgan of Fishers, IN, Norma Jean (David) Harvey of Oakland City, IN and Ron (Julie) Morgan of Princeton, IN; eleven grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Russell, Harold, Pete and Harlan; and sisters, Gladys and Jean.

Visitation will be from 4 pm until 8 pm Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Colvin Funeral Home, 425 North Main Street, Princeton, IN. Visitation will be again from 2 pm until 4 pm, with Funeral Service at 4 pm Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Thurman Funeral Home, 44 North Main Street, Sparta, TN. Burial will follow at Nash Cemetery, 254 Nash Cemetery Road, Sparta, TN.
