Mrs. Margaret Alberta Wilhite Gardner, age 79, passed away quietly Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at N.H.C. of Sparta.
Mrs. Gardner was born February 8, 1935, the daughter of Bill Wilhite and Ollie Belle Tallent Wilhite of White County, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Sam Kirk Gardner; and brother, Joe Wilhite.
She was survived by her loving husband, Sam B. Gardner of Sparta; brothers, Bobby Wilhite and J.B. Wilhite; daughter-in-law; Sharon Gardner of Salem,IL 2 grandchildren, Sarah Rachel Gardner and Samuel Nathan Gardner of Salem, IL.
ARRANGEMENTS:
Funeral services will be at Athens Church of Christ, Saturday, March 29th, 2014 at 1 p.m., officiating Bro. Derrick Coble, with interment in Elrod Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at Athens Church of Christ, Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
