Lynn Spakes, age 63, of Doyle, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at his home.
He was born August 25, 1948 in White County, Tennessee to Robert Spakes and Jane Maynard Spakes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and nephew Jonathan Spakes.
Survivors include his brother and sister in law, Charles and Cindy Spakes of Doyle; Aunts, Sallie Anderson and Mary Spakes of Doyle; and Several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the Thurman Funeral Home, at 1:00 pm with Bro. Dennis Wood officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Monday, January 23, 2012 at Thurman Funeral Home, at 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm.
