Katherine Sue Howard

Katherine (Kathy) Sue Howard, Age 75, passed away on October 7, 2024 at her residence in Sparta, Tennessee.

Kathy was born on June 4, 1949 in Sparta, Tennessee.

Kathy was very proud of her tenure with the White County Board of Education where she spent 36 years teaching.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hill Howard and Georgina Kimsey; brothers, Richard Howard and Thomas Merritt Parker Jr.

She is survived by her nephew, Thomas Parker of Irvine, California along with a host of family and friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Thurman Funeral Home on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
