Jeffrey Wayne Shockley, age 46, of Sparta, TN, passed away Monday, May 18, 2015 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born February 2, 1969 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, parents, James F. Shockley and Illa Rhea Eller Shockley. He was preceded in death by his father, James F. Shockley.
He is survived by his sons, Zackary Shockley, Jordan Shockley and Geoffrey Shockley; mother, Illa Rhea Eller Shockley; brother, James Wesley (Wes) Shockley and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. till time of service.
Funeral Services will be at Thurman Funeral Home on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Bro. Earl Alverson will be officiating. Burial will be at Plainview Cemetery Plainview Community following the services.
