Hattie Kathryn Davis, age 76, was born December 31, 1935 to Kenneth Johnson and Georgia May Orff Johnson in Austin, Indiana.
She passed away on May 19, 2012, at her home in Sparta, Tennessee surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, David Lee Davis, of 54 years.
She is survived by her loving daughters and sons in law, Angela Kay Davis Barrier and husband Dennis, Aleta Ann Davis Barrier and husband Scott and Andrea Sue Davis Sheek and husband James. She also survived by loving grandchildren, Bryan and Meka Barrier, Kyle Barrier, Matthew and Erika Barrier, and Seth and Rachel Barrier, as well as great grandchildren, Keegan, Lainey, Dominick, and Cylas, and sister Lois Joan Anderson.
Memorial services will be Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Thurman Funeral Home Chapel at 4:30 p.m. with visitation also on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Cumberland County, 30 East Adams Street, Crossville, Tennessee 38555.

Memorial service for David Lee Davis, age 75, 10/4/35-8/2/11 and Hattie Kathryn Davis, age 76, 12/31/35-5/19/12 will be Saturday June 9, 2012 at The Bible Church, 6555 E. Payne Rd. Indianapolis Indiana, visitation 11am-1 pm, service 1pm - 2pm. They are survived by daughters and sons in law, Angela Barrier (Dennis), Aleta Barrier (Scott), Andrea Sheek (James), seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and Hattie's sister Lois Joan Anderson.
