Geneva Scoggins, age 80 passed away September 11, 2013 at Life Care Center in Sparta.
She was born January 21, 1933 to Otto M. Myers and Elizabeth Elliott Myers in White County, Tennessee.
Geneva was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Thomas Scoggins; 3 brothers, Lynville, Gordon & Joe Myers; granddaughter, Allison Janell Scoggins.
Survived by two sons and daughter in law, John Nicholas & Gail Scoggins of Sparta, TN and Danny Scoggins of Rock Island, TN; 2 granddaughters & spouse, Sarah & Jamie Lohorn of Walling, TN and Jennifer Scoggins of Walling, TN; 6 great grandchildren; niece, Debbie and Rory Shumake of LaVergne, TN
ARRANGEMENTS Funeral services will be at High's Funeral Home in McMinnville; Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. Officiating will be Bro. Paul Allen, Bro. Robert Longshore & Bro. Danny Scoggins. Interment will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery.
