Frances Willard

Frances W. Willard, age 81, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at NHC Health Care in Sparta, TN.
She was born August 2, 1935 in Atlanta, GA to Fredrick J. Witherspoon and Mary Frances Witherspoon.
Preceded in death by her Parents and Husband Jack L. Willard
Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Stepien and husband David Stepien; son, James Willard and wife Jennefer Willard; grandchildren, Laura Willard, Victoria Langley, Veronica Langley, Harold Langley, and Clark Langley; sisters, Betty Melberg and husband Glenn Melberg, and Alice Bliss; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Also the family would like to thank all the health care professionals in the upper Cumberland area that helped Mrs. Frances through her illness .
