Eric Franklin Moore. age 36 passed away on April 20, 2018 at Lebanon Medical Center.

He was born on December 22, 1981, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Phillip Moore and Doris Auxier.

He is preceded in death by his father; son, Kayden Moore; grandparents, Jessie and Choristine Davenport and Gene and Ruth Moore.

He is survived by his children, Destiny Moore, Hailey Moore, Kaleb Wilson Moore, and Tristan Moore; mother, Doris Auxier; brothers, Brandon Moore; sisters, Erica Jones, Amy Moore, and Jennifer Charlton.

Arrangements

Family will receive friends Thursday, April 26, 2018, 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held, Friday, April 27, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home
