Mr. Erbie H. Howell, age 75 was born January 20, 1934 to William Lucian Howell and Cora Lou Cole Howell Brown in Sparta, Tennessee.
Mr. Howell passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the Woodbury Nursing Center in Woodbury, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, step father, Thomas Brown and brother, Vernis Howell.
He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Candace and Lynn Miller of Woodbury; step children, Debora Evans and Kim Church both of Lewisburg, TN and Michael Shirley of McMinnville;
granddaughter, Kylie Talley of Woodbury; brothers, Dewey Howell, Tommy Brown and Jerry Brown all of Sparta; sisters, Bernice Pedigo and Carolyn Mabe both of Sparta. Also a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm, Monday, September 21, 2009, officiating will be Bro. Al Bugg Jr. Interment will be in the Elrod Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Sunday, September 20, 2009 at Thurman Funeral Home from 4pm till 8pm.
