Mrs. Elizabeth "Bibby"Brock Stewart, age 78 passed September 10, 2010, at N.H.C. of Sparta, Tennessee.
Mrs. Stewart was born to James and Flora Bohannon Brock on April 19, 1932 in White County.
She is survived by a brother, Harold Brock and wife Pearl, sister's-in-law, Lucille Brock, Mary McCulley and husband Lee, brother-in-law H.L. Kirby and wife Norma all of Sparta as well as a host of nephews and nieces and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Stewart , brothers, Carl Brock and Thaddus Brock; sisters, Pauline Anderson, Clara Bell Ledford, Nella Mae Broom, Iva Mayfield, Fiedel Brock, Mary Brock, and Christine Moody.
Bibby was a Christian, she wanted all her loved ones to trust Jesus as their Savior, and she encouraged everyone around her to do their best. Her life's work can be seen in the successfulness of her extended family.
Funeral Service was held at Central Church of Christ on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at 3:00 P.M., with Bro. Don Burns officiating. Interment was at Smith Chapel Cemetery in Cumberland County.
