Edith Dodson

Edith Dodson, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Life Care Center in Sparta at the age of 88.

Edith was born on October 15 1929 to Jim Brock and Annie Elizabeth Young Brock in Sparta, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Annie Young Brock; Husband, Gerald (Skillet) Dodson; and infant brother, Claude Brock.

She is survived by her brother, Paul (Mary Ann) Brock of Sparta; Sisters, Louise Hollingsworth of Doyle and Martha Vance of Doyle; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS

The family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home in Sparta, TN,    Friday, February 16, 2018 at 5 P.M. until  8 P.M.

Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11 A.M. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
