Mr. Desmond Day Freeman, age 39, of Cookeville,TN, passed away Thursday, January 23rd, 2014 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Freeman was born February 20th, 1974, the son of Kevin Day and Martha Jean Freeman of Crossville, TN.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Albert Duke; maternal grandparents, Abner M. and Martha D. Gentry.
He was survived by loving wife of 18 years, Nikki Freeman of Cookeville; two daughters, Addie Freeman and Bailey Freeman both of Cookeville; parents, Kevin and Jean Freeman of Crossville; grandmother, Kim Duke of Crossville. Special friends Marlie, Saige, Sydney & Moe.

Family will receive friends at The River Community Church, 1200 Miracle Road, Cookeville, TN., 931-528-3660, off of Willow Ave., Saturday, January 25th, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers First National Bank in Cookeville has a trust set aside for Addie and Bailey Freeman in memory of their father.
