Carlos R. Billings, age 76, passed away on August 15, 2024 surrounded by his loving family at his home in Cookeville, TN.

Carlos owned and operated Sparta TV and Appliances for 32 years. He was a loving Husband, Father, and Friend to all leaving a legacy to be remembered forever by all.

He was born January 22, 1948 to the late William Clure and Mrytle Irene Billings in Livingston, TN. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, William Kent Billings; granddaughter, Briley Elizabeth Billings; loving family dog, Megan. 

He is survived by his wife, Adrienna Billings; sons, Matthew Regis (Brooke) Billings, William Grant (Luna) Billings; daughter, Gretchen Dene (Troy) Etheredge; loving family dogs, Ginger and Percy; grandchildren, Rhys Billings, Remi Billings, Blakely Billings, Ryker Billings, Caleb Etheredge, Chase Etheredge; special friends, Joe (Sue) Plets, Denny (GiGi) Mitchell, Donnie (Linda) Wilkey.
