Bonnie Kinnaird

Bonnie Louise (Stone) Kinnaird, 89 age, passed away Thursday, October 10th, 2019 at the home of her daughter.

She was born in the Cherry Creek Community on October 4th, 1930 to Walter Celmer Stone and Pearlie Estelle (Officer) Stone.

Bonnie Worked for the White County School System for 19 years as a teacher assistant in Special Education.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billie C. Kinnaird; son, David Carr Kinnaird; daughter, Kimberly (Kinnaird) Moore; brothers, L.D. Stone,  J.T. Stone, and Clayton “Hoss” Stone’; sisters, Mary Kate Merriman, and Mattie Pearl England; son in law, Steve Girdley

She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda (Kinnaird) Girdley; son, Alan Kinnaird ; son in law, Mike Moore; granddaughter, Kourtney (Kinnaird) Linkous and husband John; grandson, Will Girdley and wife Beth; great grandsons, Macon Girdley and  Hayden Farris; great granddaughter, Keistyn Steward and husband Bradley; brother, Clifty “Bo” Stone of Sparta; and sister, Annie Mae Brannock of Richmond, Indiana. She also has many surviving nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be: Dale England, Tom Kinnaird, Steve Jones, Tommy Brown, Jim Stone, and Buyrl Shirley.

In lieu of flowers the family requesting donations can be made to Happy Haven Children’s Home, Stepping Stones School at West Sparta Church of Christ or O’Connor Church of Christ in her memory.

Arrangements:

Services will be at the O’Connor Church of Christ, Monday 14th, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Officiating will be Bro. Doyle Crawford and Bro. Kenny Westmoreland. Burial will follow in the O’Connor Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Sunday, October 13th, 2019 from 5 pm till 8 pm. Also receive friends at the Church, Monday, October 14, 2019 at  11 am till time of service.
