Billy (Bill) Ray Buff, father of Felecia Buck passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at N H C of Sparta.
Born in Marion, North Carolina on July 9, 1932, he was the son of the late James Albert Buff and Lena Faye Henline Buff.
Bill enjoyed being outside, working on cars, traveling, and being with his family.Bill was retired from Plateau Mental Health Center. He was a member of Central Church of Christ.
Preceded in death by his parents, wife of 60 years Cora B. Stockton Buff and brother Thomas Buff.
He was survived by his; daughter, Felecia Rose Buff Buck of Sparta; two grandsons, James Christopher Buck III and wife Sharron of Fort Campbell, KY and William (Billy) Ray Buff Buck of Sparta; great grandson, Jackson Tyler Buck; great granddaughter, Mackenzie Taylor Buck; sisters in laws and brother in laws; Bonnie Thrasher and late Arthur and Rozelle Bush and James; brother and sister in law; Ensor Stockton and Nelda all of Cookeville. Also a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. Is survived by, and many nieces and nephews. Special family at N H C of Sparta.
ARRANGEMENTS
Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 7 P.M. with Bro. Brain McClutchen and Bro. Roy Whited. Interment will be private at the Highland Cemetery.
